I admit, many years ago, I wrestled with the classic struggles many men face—losing a sense of purpose, difficulty expressing emotions, loneliness, the pressure to succeed, navigating through the burden of outdated masculine conditioning. I spent too much time in my head, entirely disconnected from my body and intuition. I ignored the signals of burnout, fear of failure, and the overwhelming pressure to always “have it together.”

A recent global study by Oracle revealed that a staggering 85% of business leaders have suffered from decision distress—often linked to factors such as burnout, isolation, and a drift in purpose.

Scott Galloway talks about the alarming number of lonely, alienated and disaffected young men in the US and how being unmoored from any sense of purpose or community, any sense of service to people and things beyond themselves becomes not just a problem for men, but a problem for women and our culture and our politics.
These challenges are not personal flaws—they stem from outdated beliefs about masculinity and a lack of integration.
Through my journey and working with countless men—leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers—I’ve learned that real transformation happens when we stop suppressing parts of ourselves and start embracing our wholeness.
