Spot on! The body keeps the score. When we can be brave to face into our pain, accept it, stop resisting reality as we'd like it to be and instead accept reality as it is, we can gain so much from letting go. For me vipassana meditation has been transformative.

Up to my last meeting with her, she was asking about you and the girls and mentioned your beautiful smile. She took your smile with her, for sure. I am so happy that you finally could see the love your mother always had for you at the end of her life and know how much she did love you.
