Why Every Leader Needs a Circle of Men
A personal invitation to reconnect, reflect, and rise—together.
In a world moving faster by the day, many leaders and entrepreneurs are left carrying an invisible weight.
The pressure to perform.
To stay strong.
To keep going.
To have all the answers.
But here’s the truth we rarely say out loud:
Leadership can be lonely.
As men, we’ve been conditioned to hold it all in—our doubts, our grief, our exhaustion, even our joy. We’ve been taught that vulnerability is weakness. That asking for support means failure.
It’s not. It’s wisdom.
At Unconditional Men, we believe that the next evolution of leadership isn’t about domination or hustle. It’s about presence. Integrity. Deep listening. Emotional intelligence. And above all—connection.
That’s why I hold space each month for a Men’s Circle—a grounded, judgment-free gathering for men who are building companies, leading families, shaping systems, and waking up to a more conscious way of living and leading.
Men's circles are where men face themselves openly and honestly in the presence of other men in order to cultivate and deepen the sense of meaning, purpose, intimacy, truth, connection and direction in their lives. In a circle every man can see, sense, and feel the other men.
🌿 What Happens in the Circle?
We slow down.
We breathe.
We speak and listen from the heart.
We drop the masks.
We remember who we are—beyond the roles, beyond the noise.
This isn’t group therapy.
It’s not a performance.
It’s a return. To self. To each other. To something ancient and deeply needed today.
Whether you're navigating a transition, leading a team, raising children, or simply longing for authentic connection—you are welcome.

A Cathartic Story of Masculinity
Join me and Jean-Philippe Steeger on April 10 (5pm CET) for a community conversation about the role and potential of the masculine in leadership and societal transformation today.
This conversation is neither a return to archaic masculinity nor a call for men to simply become more feminine—it is an invitation to explore new ways of embodying and narrating what masculinity can mean today. Through personal stories, historical context, and inspiring examples, we challenge ourselves to step into the potential of a healthy, integrated masculinity at a time when everything feels at stake.
This is not just another conversation about men; it is a call to co-create a new narrative—one that speaks to the masculine in men, in female leaders, and in trans change-makers alike. It promotes our collective readiness to move beyond crisis and reaction, toward a deeper, more connected, and more fulfilling expression of what it means to be masculine in the world today.

There’s something deeply ancient—and urgently modern—about this call to circle. I’ve led, built, burned out, and bounced back. But the loneliness of leadership? That hits. Thank you for reminding us that strength isn’t in the performance, it’s in presence. I’ll see you in the circle.
