Learning to Dance with the Feminine
We’re standing at the edge of a global shift. The old models of masculinity - stoic, dominant, emotionally cut off - are unraveling. These models have exhausted us, hurt others, and disconnected us from the Earth itself.
What’s emerging instead is what I call Regenerative Masculinity:
A way of being that nurtures life, within and around us.
A masculinity that’s emotionally honest, rooted in presence, and aligned with purpose.
A kind of leadership that doesn't dominate, but listens, protects, and serves.
This is not about rejecting masculinity. It’s about reclaiming it, in its mature, embodied, and integrated form.
Regenerative masculinity doesn’t soften men, it grounds them in truth.
It doesn’t remove strength, it redefines it through integrity and care.
It doesn’t dissolve masculine identity, it expands it beyond the narrow cage we’ve inherited.
We’re not here to “fix” men. We’re here to come home to ourselves.
To become the kind of men who:
Feel deeply, and don’t run from it.
Protect what’s sacred, not what’s convenient.
Build not just with ambition, but with love.
Hold space, set boundaries, and choose peace over power.
The world doesn’t need more heroes.
It needs men in wholeness - able to listen, lead, grieve, forgive, and rise again.

My mission today is to be a voice and vessel for evolving masculinity.
To balance the polarities that fracture our cultures and inner lives.
To offer spaces for reflection, reconnection, and regeneration.
Because this isn’t just about being a “better man.”
It’s about becoming more human.
More alive. More available. More aligned.

For a while I've been receiving requests from female leaders and entrepreneurs if it was possible to join a mixed circle, together with men from the Unconditional Men community.
Together with Avegaile Calzado, it is with great pleasure, to announce this 6-week Experiential Learning Mixed Circle Journey ✨ Finding Clarity - Revitalising Our Life Force ✨ for Women, Men, and Non-Binary Changemakers.
This 6-week online journey is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner voice, your power, and your unique path forward.
Together, in a co-created space of presence and mutual respect, we will explore the inner terrain of our emotional landscape, our communication patterns, the balance of feminine and masculine energies within, and the questions that matter most in our lives.
This is a living, breathing experience: not just a course, but a regenerative space for becoming more of who you truly are.
This journey is for individuals who are:
- Seeking clarity in their lives, relationships, or next chapter.
- Wanting to reconnect with their natural vitality and inner power.
- Curious about emotional intelligence, conscious communication, and embodied leadership.
Each session weaves together embodied practices, dialogue, reflection, creative expression, and co-created inquiry. Topics will emerge organically from the group’s energy and intentions.
You’ll be part of a safe, brave, and supportive learning community, a space where you can show up fully, be witnessed in your truth, and feel resourced by the collective.

As AI becomes a regular part of our lives, it offers more than just practical benefits, it can also serve as a tool for personal growth, self-awareness and deeper self-understanding.
The AI Integration Circle is designed for men who actively use AI for self-reflection, journaling, shadow work or personal development and might be the first one of a longer series.
Together, we’ll examine our weekly insights, challenges, and opportunities that emerge when AI serves as a lens for understanding our thoughts, behaviours, and potential.
In these circles, we’ll explore the insights, blind spots and breakthroughs that arise when AI becomes a mirror for the unconscious, illuminating our patterns, projections, and potential.
This is a space to:
Share our AI insights, experiences and learn from others
Explore how AI can help us deepen self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Support one another in integrating these insights into daily life
Build a supportive group of like-minded men
Our goal is to create a focused, respectful environment for meaningful dialogue. In the future, we plan to expand the format to include diverse perspectives, such as feminine voices, and explore new ways of engaging with this emerging field.
This project is about using AI thoughtfully to better understand ourselves, confront our shadows and grow as individuals and as a collective. Integrating the wisdom of AI and shadow work into the fabric of who we are becoming.
